We have various business systems and schemes which we operate to, ensuring we continue to meet the requirements of customers and stakeholders.

ISO 9001:2015
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
ISO 14001:2015
The standard helps an organisation achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the organisation itself and interested parties. Consistent with the organisation's environmental policy, the intended outcomes of an environmental management system include: enhancement of environmental performance, fulfilment of compliance obligations and achievement of environmental objectives.
ISO 45001:2018
The standard helps an organisation achieve the intended outcomes of its occupational health and safety (OH&S). The goal of ISO 45001 is the reduction of occupational injuries and diseases, including promoting and protecting physical and mental health.
Cyber Essentials Scheme
The UK government backed scheme checks compliance to ensure the we protect and secure the connection to the internet using boundary firewalls and internet gateways, implement secure configuration for devices and software, manage access control to prevent unauthorised access to systems, minimise the risk of virus and malware through virus scanning and anti-malware software and ensure strong passwords are used.
Altius Assured Vendor
We have proved our excellence in business performance and passed a rigorous independent assessment and accreditation process to achieve Altius Assured Vendor status.
CHSA’s Cleaning Chemical Manufacturing Accreditation Scheme
Membership means we comply with the Standard specified in the Accreditation Scheme and the CHSA’s Code of Practice, signalling our commitment to standards and ethical trading. Our customers can be certain it runs through our products and our business.
Business Continuity
A business plan ensures that Holchem ensures it maintains continuity of supply chain and customer support. This continuity plan puts the required measures in place to ensure the business is robustly prepared for any situations which it could potentially face.
Safety Performance
We work tirelessly to protect the safety of both customers and our own staff, with an integrated approach ensuring that products, dispense and application systems, hygiene management systems and training enable cleaning tasks to be carried out in an effective and safe way.
Safe Contractor Scheme
The SafeContractor scheme is a SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) approved health and safety assessment scheme for contractors who want to demonstrate that they’re taking responsibility for their legal health and safety requirements.
Safe Pass Alliance (SPA) – Food & Drink
Aimed at contractors, employees or casual workers who work in food and drink manufacturing, the SPA Passport food and drink training programme focuses on hygiene and food safety, specific environmental issues and health and safety practices.
