Kersia Committed & Different Programme 2024 – Neil McGullion

Introducing Kersia UK’s Neil McGullion, a Technical Sales Consultant, who is the second in the group of three new Committed and Different ambassadors that have joined the programme this year.

Neil was in Paris at the recent in-residence seminar with the wider C&D group. Here he talks about what the programme means to him:

“Prior to joining the programme, I spent time with my colleague Steven Perry who told me about his journey as an ambassador and he convinced me that joining the experience was the right thing for me to do”.

“It’s been a thought-provoking experience so far and I have learned so much about my thought process, how to accept change, and how to bring change to other people. I have also learnt a lot about myself”.

“The seminar in Paris was excellent and was held in a fantastic venue. I met lots of great people from all over the world who share the same belief that small steps can make big changes. It completely changed my mind set on how I approach the whole of my work including day-to-day tasks.  I now slow down and take time to think first!”

“The project I will be exploring is water quality and pollution. It’s close to my heart as it is affecting thousands of people across the North of Ireland where I am based”

“I think changemaking is important because there are natural entrepreneurs, but they may not come to the fore within a large business. The programme encourages these people to develop and flourish within the organisation which will in turn improve the business through new ideas, energy, concepts and break the cycle.”
