In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week, Kersia is proud to spotlight Nicole Bradshaw, Technical Category Manager for Food & Beverage, whose dedication and drive is shining through as she takes on a Level 6 Marketing Manager apprenticeship.
Nicole’s role at Kersia involves working within the marketing team, focusing on the food, dairy, beverage and food service industries. She manages the UK product portfolio, collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver cleaning and hygiene solutions that ensure food safety and sustainability. Covering both UK and Ireland, her role is filled with exciting challenges.
"No two days are the same," Nicole shared. "My work is packed with exciting challenges that I’m passionate about."
Nicole has been part of Kersia UK since 2015, starting as a Development Chemist and progressing to Senior Chemist for the Food Service Division before joining the marketing team. Her varied experience has provided her with a strong foundation in product, market, and customer knowledge, which she believes is key to her success in her marketing role.
She recently decided to take on a new challenge by enrolling in a Level 6 Marketing Manager apprenticeship. "I’m an extremely driven person and thrive off new challenges," she explained. "This apprenticeship felt like the perfect opportunity for me to progress both personally and professionally within the marketing role."
Nicola Bellamy, Kersia’s Marketing Manager, is full of praise for her commitment. "Nicole’s dedication is truly inspiring," Nicola said. "Her confidence and assertiveness has grown noticeably since starting the apprenticeship, and I am confident she will excel in her journey."
Balancing a busy career, studies, and home life is no easy task, but Nicole approaches it with determination. As a wife and a mum to two young children under the age of three, she has mastered the art of planning and organization.
Nicole maintains focus by following a few key strategies:

✔️ Reminding herself that every step she takes brings her closer to her goals—both personally and professionally.
Although she is still in the early days of her apprenticeship, Nicole is already seeing the benefits. "It’s a big challenge, but it’s also incredibly rewarding," she said. "Apprenticeships are a fantastic opportunity to develop skills and grow your career while staying connected to real-world experience."
