International Cheese and Dairy Awards
Kersia UK recently attended the International Cheese and Dairy Awards in Staffordshire. It was a very busy day and the team met with lots of attendees from across the cheese making sector.
It provided the opportunity to demonstrate Kersia team’s knowledge and expertise in developing and implementing successful hygiene routines in the cheese processing sector and showcase their robust range of products. This year’s event attracted UK and international audiences from cheese manufacturers and associated industries.
Commentating on the event, Richard Fine, Kersia UK, F&B Sales Director, said:
“The show was the perfect opportunity for us to exhibit and showcase the work we do in the sector. We were also joined by two of our colleagues from Europe so they could meet the visitors to the stand and talk about the whole of Kersia’s depth of knowledge and get to know more about the UK cheesemaking sector.”
Victor Escotet Arias, Kersia’s Global Proficiency Expert Dairy Leader, added:
“Being on the Kersia UK stand at the ICDA show was a great experience for myself and my colleague. It’s clear to see how well the UK team works in partnership with a wide range of customers in the sector to help them achieve their aims. The depth of the knowledge of the UK team and the different tools in which they communicate the details of our range with their customers is key. It was an informative day and thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome. We certainly learnt a lot.”
