Kersia’s 2025 Training Courses Are Now Available To Book

Kersia’s 2025 Training programme is now live. All the sessions are available to book via our online shop- https://www.kersia.uk/shop/training-courses/ which includes all the course information and which level they are suitable for. 

 

The courses are available either through Teams or a classroom and are aimed primarily at hygiene and technical teams involved in the management of hygiene. 

 

Courses range from Level 2 to Level 4 and topics include: 

Level 2 - Introduction to Microbiology and Listeria Awareness 

Level 3 - Cleaning In Place, Cleaning Technology and Control, COSHH Assessment & Control and  Listeria Control  

Level 4 - Cleaning in Place, Food Processing Hygiene Management, Hygiene for Maintenance Engineers, Hygienic Design Lifecycle, Listeria Management, Principles of Microbiology and Validation, Monitoring and Verification
