Kersia UK Attends European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group World Conference

Kersia UK’s David Childs and Paul Bagshaw recently attended the two-day European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) World Conference in Nantes. This bi-annual event is a must attend for those focused on advancing hygienic design within the food and beverage industry.

Over the course of the two days, David and Paul gained valuable insights into the latest updates on EHEDG guidelines, learning from real-world examples and industry experiences.

The conference highlighted the "factory of the future" and best practices in hygienic design, showcasing innovative approaches to maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

With speakers sharing personal experiences, fresh ideas and plenty of opportunities to connect with industry peers and visit sponsor stands, the conference proved to be a fantastic space for collaboration and knowledge exchange.

David Childs commented: “Hygienic design has been part of our work with our customers for a number of years and it was great to catch up on the latest developments in this ever-growing area and share knowledge.  The conference was really insightful, and we are looking forward to implementing the knowledge with our customers into their hygiene routines. A big thank you to everyone at the EHEDG and all the speakers at the event for a highly informative two days.”
