Kersia UK’s David Childs To Speak At Forthcoming SOFHT Event

Kersia’s David Childs is presenting on ‘Managing Listeria Through Active Hygiene’ at the forthcoming Society of Food Hygiene and Technology ‘Management and Control of Listeria’ conference and exhibition.  

Taking place on 17th September at the Marriot hotel in Leicester the event is sponsored by Kersia UK and will explore the continued threat posed to consumer safety by Listeria monocytogenes as well as focusing on controlling and managing this pathogen in the food and dairy industries. Drawing on the expertise of food manufacturers, hygiene specialists and testing laboratories this conference and exhibition will provide practical guidance and techniques to help maximise the safety of customers and protect brand reputation. 

As well as presenting, David will also be taking part in a panel session discussing the management of this challenging food safety pathogen.
