A Career Built on Passion
Stuart’s journey into food hygiene began back in 1988, a time when the field was less complex but no less critical. His dedication stems from a simple yet profound belief: food safety should always be a priority in manufacturing. Recognising that this is not always the case, Stuart has made it his mission to support industries in maintaining high standards, ensuring consumer safety every step of the way.
Proudest Moments at Kersia
Although Stuart is still settling into his role, he’s already celebrating significant achievements. Among them, delivering the Level 4 Food Hygiene Management Course stands out for him. Seeing customers’ satisfied smiles after a successful on-site visit is another highlight—a testament to his ability to make a real difference.
Life Outside of Work
When Stuart isn’t ensuring the highest food safety standards, you might find him course fishing, a hobby that allows him to unwind and connect with nature. But there’s more to Stuart than meets the eye—he’s also a disco enthusiast! Nicknamed "Disco" by his friends, he’s known for his moves and love of the classic tune D.I.S.C.O.
