Boons 20 Bar Mobile Main Station

A mobile main station is a simple way to clean a food or beverage production area. This SMU (Single Mobile Unit) is a cleaning system made up of a centrifugal frequency controlled booster pump with an integrated satellite.

The SMU is mounted on a mobile trolley and the foam detergent or disinfectant is drawn from the integrated keg holder by flexible hoses. The desired cleaning function (rinsing, foaming or disinfecting) is determined via the electromechanically operated switch.

Compressed air is not always available where the SMU needs to be used so there is the option to have a built-in and oil-free compressor with the SMU-K-20/1-GR.

The booster station is supplied with the following standard accessories: a 25m Boonsjet hose, blue rinse nozzle, yellow disinfectant nozzle, white foam nozzle and a low pressure valve.
