D3 TRE High Temp Range

The D° HIGH TEMP high-temperature dosing pump features a set of innovative technologies which are the result of 5 years of research, field tests and mechanism improvements in order to guarantee its performance over the entire temperature range of the motive fluid, up to 70°C.

This range is compatible with all types of acid and alkaline chemicals used in the food and beverage industry.

Flow Rate Minimum – 1.67 litres per min
Flow Rate Maximum – 50 litres per min
Operating Pressure Minimum – 0.5 bar (7 psi)
Operating Pressure Maximum – 6 bar (85 psi)
Maximum Water Temperature - 70°C
Connections – ¾” Male BSP

Note: When ordering units from the high temperature range, please specify the chemical being dosed to help identify the most appropriate seal type.

Water Authority regulations state that no chemical dilution equipment may be connected directly to the mains supply.  A suitable backflow prevention device should be installed.
