The pneumatically controlled trolley is designed to safely and accurately dose chemical from the onboard 200 litre drum into vessels, tanks etc. The advantage of this system is that with the drum being an integral part of the trolley it can be filled and emptied without the need for handling of the 200-litre drum. It is easy to use and delivers preset dose volumes, which are set using the onboard batch controller. The chemical is drawn from the onboard chemical drum through a 3 meter delivery hose to a Shepherd’s crook.
