CDU50PTT Chemical Decant Station

A pneumatic decant unit that is designed to provide a repeatable and safe means of transferring a wide range of chemical products.

The chemicals are transferred from an IBC or bulk tank on demand to a smaller container by presetting the batch counter and initiating the unit via a key switch.

The system is designed to be robust and reliable; it incorporates a stainless steel frame, polypropylene drip tray, pneumatic batch controller and a decanting lance with anti drip valve.

The unit also benefits by only requiring a small bore compressed air supply.

The advantage of using this type of system is the in-built safety features that ensure unauthorised use is not possible.
